The media could not be loaded.  The box came unexpectedly half crushed.Messaged the seller and requested me to return it but they do not have any replacement item available.I decided not to return because my niece is asking me to make obanyaki every weekend otherwise I would...The positive note :pan is very easy to clean, and it has the perfect thickness for obanyakiCan be improved :There was a slight dent in 2 out of 4 holes. I grew up in Japan, and was craving for obanyaki, so I decided to give this product a try. I was not too impressed with the batter recipe on the box, so I've been searching online and trying and experimenting with a few recipes. So far, my favorite is:3 eggs2 TBS honey2 C flour2 tsp baking powder2 TBS coconut oil3 TBS powder milk1-1/3 C water (or more as needed)The batter should be runny and not thick. Cook on medium to low heat.Fillings ideas are endless: Sweet red bean paste, peanut butter + chocolate chips or Nutella, honey + butter, jam, raisins, nuts.... I even tried putting cooked sausage crumbles as a filling...and loved it.The pan is multi-purpose, and I can cook other things like quiche, and tuna patties. Just use low heat for these recipes.Cleaning is easy. This pan comes apart at about 270 degree angle. Surface is nonstick.I've been very satisfied with this pan, so I have since bought another one as a gift to my daughter.

I have been looking for a Japanese Obanyaki Pan Maker for months. Finally I got this one. It's so easy to use and clean afterward. The size of this pan is small, but the price is pretty reasonable and it doesn't take too much space from my cabinet. Love to have it!

火加減難しい💦

主にキャンプでの使用で、パンケーキや目玉焼き、炊いたご飯を詰めてマッシャーで平にしてライスバーガーにしたり、色々使えます。ワンバーナーなどの火口の小さいコンロだと中央部分だけ強く温まってしまうので、火口の広めのコンロを使うのがおすすめ。欲を言えば、蓋側が浅めなのでもう少し深さがあると個数を多く同時に調味できるのと、ホットサンドメーカーの様にハンドルを固定する金具が無いので、ギュウギュウに具材を詰めて押し付けるような作り方はできない。欠点はハンドルが熱くなるので素手では持てないことくらいでしょうか。

家で家庭用に使用すのには丁度いいかも、ありがとうございました。

I bought this pan before see the description of the usage that it is for gas stoves only. My stove has sensor, but i can use well. It makes me easy to make breakfast and save time. Thank you
