Expensive, but a life saver
This is my go to. With GAA in it as well, a precursor to Creatine. 10mg in the am, well before caffeine, and 10mg around 1p. Brain fog is gone, lifting heavier in the gym, and aids in digestion. 3 huge wins for me. Expensive but worth it

Best form of creatine for me
Respectable product. It works well for me. I wish that it came in capsules. I have been pleased with the results and less bloating than with the other forms of creatine.

More efficient uptake and better for brain health
This is a new form that really is different from other creatine gimmicks of the past. It is expensive but serving size is smaller. Seems to be proprietary but there is one other brand that comes in a larger size and is cheaper per gram.

Great value, you get around 60 servings or two months. Im not sure how effective the other supplement is as I have used this for 4 months and seen no difference between this and regular creatine. If looking for a boost then I’d probably recommend a creatine with HMB. Otherwise it’s good.
