It is exactly what it says it is, a shock absorbing case with clear cover front and back. I recommend buying it and I would buy it again if necessary. When it arrives it is difficult to open the phone case to insert the phone, it took 2 adults a good 10 minutes to get the first one (we bought 2) open. The instructions are inside the case so we couldn't refer to them. The 2nd one went much easier. Phone installation is simple.It doesn't add a lot of bulk to the phone and the sensitivity is probably 90%, not reduced by much at all on the touch screen and 100% on the buttons. If I were working as a mechanic or on construction with my phone in my pocket all day I would probably want something that offered a little more protection but for every day use I give it a thumbs up.

I love the built-in screen protector on this case. The case is see through so whatever color your phone is you still get to see that color. This was awesome for me being that I have the S9 rose gold. For the people saying they have issues with the screen protector the only thing you have to do is increase the screen sensitivity in the settings on your phone. Easy peasy! A super plus for me is that I can use my magnetic phone holder with no issues.

It wasn't as sturdy as I thought it would be. When I dropped my phone it would pop open. It eventually completely dropped. I wouldnt recommend purchasing thos case for protection of your phone.

Better than expected. I really like this case, and the built in screen protector is great. The case makes the phone a little wider than I expected, but it's still well worth the money. I would definitely buy it again.
