Product came at a one foot growth very green no brown leaves. Had to keep in the house for a month and had no problem with them. I would recommend this product

Packaged well
I was a little skeptical about buying plants through Amazon but it was difficult to find exactly what I wanted anywhere else. The plants came packaged extremely well with the plant and dirt exactly where it should be. The picture shows some hostas I transplanted with the boxwoods on either side.

Love them...so far
I love the color of these shrubs. The leaves are tiny, which I like, that may get bigger as plant grows. Planted a few days ago and already see new growth. I planted them in area that does not get much sun and will be so happy if they do well there.

So far, so good!
I feel confident in writing this review as the little boxwood was planted almost a month ago. It arrived in a box via the USPS. Tiny, as expected, but appeared healthy. I planted it the same day, per the instructions, but with some seed starter potting soil I happened to have on hand. It still looks green and healthy. I know it's a slow grower, and it hasn't grown much so far, but I hope it will be big enough by Christmas to put little lights on it. Since I moved to zone 8b, I couldn't plant the dwarf Alberta spruce I wanted, but maybe this will be a good substitution. It gets full sun and occasional watering aside from rain. So far, happy with it!

Small.....but healthy
So that other people aren’t disappointed in there actual size... because the picture in the description is not what the bushes actually look like when they arrive which is deceiving. This is what they look like after arriving, I got them today in the mail. They are small but I’m hoping they will grow fast. I didn’t want to spend $50-100 on one of these at the nursery so purchased these. They have been properly watered tho and look healthy.

Slow growing boxwoods
Bought 5 boxwoods last spring. They were healthy 6" plants when they arrived. Nearly a year later, one has died, but the remaining four are healthy 6" plants. They did not grow at all, despite being planted in soil, bought at Lowes, intended for shrubs and trees. And, they were fertilized a couple of times with Miracle Gro that the vegetable garden plants thrive on.

Beautiful addition to my backyard—the boxwood bushes are hardy and thrive during harsh winters and hot summers.
