waited two weeks before writing this review to make sure they stayed up! I want to be clear up front - I think the reason mine are holding up fine is because I used 4 on each fully extended curtain rod, meaning the weight is well distributed. I have 2 sheer and 2 blackout panels on each rod, so 4 clips per 4 panels. just bought a second set to use in the bedroom! UPDATE: at 6 months, we are still holding strong with 4 clips per 4 panels - the sticky pad on one of the clips in the bedroom has started to pull away from the clip rather than the wall but the rod is still secured, living room still looks just like the picture, still happy with these, see ya'll for another update in 6mo! UPDATE 2 at the 20 month mark-ish: the living room hasn't budged and still looks like the picture, no further issues from the one bedroom clip mentioned in the first update or that set, BUT the third set did come down about 6 months ago - important to know that the adhesive came away from 2 of the clips there, not the wall, which brought down the rail, and the weight of the rail pulled at the others - i resecured all clips with the clear pressure-based tape you can get on Amazon and no issues since!

I’m a little indecisive about these hooks. I bought these because my bed is against my window and I stepped on my curtains which then caused the screws and anchors to come out of the drywall. I was left with really large holes in the drywall and I knew I couldn’t fix it without making more holes. These hooks were my way to try to avoid making new holes. I installed 3 of the hooks this morning waited for about 5 hours before putting up my curtains. By nightfall, the curtain rod was down on the right and middle. The right side just appeared to have slid off the drywall. The middle hook took off the paint and some of the drywall with it. I tried sticking the hooks back on and it looks like it stayed. You can see where the paint was pulled off the wall behind the middle hook. Overall I am not sure if these were worth it or if maybe I should’ve patched the holes and made new ones to avoid this new issue. Update: these hooks did not work for my wall. The hooks fell off by the next day. I was really sad but I ended up having to come up with a new way to put up my curtain rods.

These work well, easier than the brackets that are included with the rod. No screws no drilling. Be sure to get measurements correct once place on the wall it stay, have no t experienced falling from the wall. To insure no falling i applied a drop of super glue to the adhesive area held in place on the wall a few seconds. I curtains have a little weight to them & I have no falling.

Ordered a set of four. Very lite curtains and rods. Stayed up for two months and one of the brackets started peeling from the adhesive and the adhesive is still on wall! Thats weird! So I ordered another set but this time I will use nails! Love this product otherwise! Very strong if the adhesive is still on dry wall!

I think I'm going to just use these particular type of curtain brackets from here on out because this is so easy. You stick it to the wall. You can use a screw if you want to. You just press a little lever to open it and put the curtain rod in. And you're done. And I am 65 and on a ladder on an 8-ft window (8 ft across that is) I was able to easily and safely put up a curtain rod in 2 minutes. Thank you so much for making this wonderful product.

As easy as these are to hang and as great as they look, the adhesive isn’t very strong and they do not hold very well.

I bought these about 6 months ago and waited to review them until I knew if they worked or not. Short Answer: they work so well! I bought an old 1970s cottage in the woods a year ago. The place was… not made out of the best things and basically, nails/screws/mollies just fall out bevause there is no dry wall to grip to. But I need curtains. Humidity is high here: even with two dehumidifiers running, it’s about 70% humidity on a rainy day. I used these in my bedroom and living room. In both rooms I have heavy velvet curtains that keep cold air out at night. These have held up to daily opening and closing of the curtains for 6 months. I am so impressed with the stickiness of the adhesive pads that I wish I could buy them separately to hang my art.
