Very happy with this item. Took a couple of weeks before we were able to install the Griddle. Found that we were missing the handles to the lid. Contacted the seller....immediately sent out two replacement handles. Great Customer Service. Highly recommend this seller.

We finally completed our install of this great griddle in our existing masonry outdoor island and it turned out perfect. I have used it to make the best onion burgers ever. I fry 3 lbs of bacon up at a time and freeze it for later use. The griddle heats evenly and provides plenty of BTUS. I bought a surface thermometer to use with it and found that it will maintain 350 degrees at a setting of low. I only wish the stainless steel cover was a little heavier weight. This was an excellent purchase and well worth the money. No substitute for the quality of stainless steel.

We have been trying to have the item replaced with no help from the seller! The grill is a closed unit every time to turn it on we get an explosion I am afraid even turn it on anymore as the explosion is progressively worsening. I am afraid for my safety and that of my family. The seller can not even offer to send a tech to look at this item. And false advertises lifetime warranty!! I am not one to write negative reviews but this situation definitely warrants it!!

I have this griddle. It would warp when hot. Mine eventually became warped full time. I pulled the griddle plate from the unit and the welds on the bottom brace under the plate had failed and separated. I contacted Blaze and was told that I had left the griddle on too long and they weren’t going to fix it. My griddle had only been “on” when actually using it. They did tell me I could just buy a new plate. So much for Lifetime warranty. Update. After several phone calls Kailey at Blaze’s tech support was able to help. She was able to get a new plate for me. It is shipping out today. I am revising my review to 4 stars as the griddle does cook foods well. Once I use the new plate if things change I will update.

Purchased this griddle nearly two years ago and would probably do things differently if I had to do it over. It looks great and matches my other stainless appliances, but comes up short in several other departments. - the cooking surface warps when burners are set to high heat - portions of the griddle are impossible to clean, as the space beneath the cooking surface (where the burners are) is inaccesible - the grease trap is large and unwieldy - despite being a “outdoor griddle” the griddle needs to be out of the rain, as the provided cover doesn’t actually keep rain from accumulating in the grease trap and eventually overflowing into whatever structure encloses it. - the griddle is incredibly difficult to clean thoroughly, particularly if you don’t clean it immediately after use using a combination of a grill scraper, wet rags, and a lot of elbow grease. Perhaps my biggest complaint is the fact that the store through which I purchased (some “guys” who probably sell a lot of these) don’t seem to allow negative reviews. If you are considering an outdoor griddle, I would strongly recommend that you look at any of the other considerably less-expensive options from brands like Camp Chef or Blackstone, which cost a fraction of what this Blaze unit does but offer better design and more cooking space.

Size is great for large quantities. Left burner having difficulty lighting and it's only a couple of weeks new. Cleaning can be difficult but follow manufacturer instructions. Definitely should be under cover and not directly exposed to rain etc. I do like the claim of lifetime parts; be sure to register it with Blaze.
