Left side earbuds not charging properly its shows 70 and drop down within two mints 50 and down

Company claims one time change 8 hours Play time but, I used One time change only 5.30 hours. May be a used product and company claims 10 mnts charges 120 mnts playtime this is not real.after charging 10 mnts only playtime 30 mnts and left side earbuds early battery down. So finally I have to replace this product now.

Sound quality is clear and good for calls and online classes. Battery backup is strong and lasts long. The earbuds are lightweight and comfortable to wear. Connectivity is fast and stable. Overall, a good product for the price.
