Much better gauge.
Most of the other I have always fell out, these stay in much better and less chance of losing them. Their very comfortable as well.

Made for babies noses?
These rings are TINY. Loose fitting. The large gauge ones which in my opinion are the more realist ones don’t bend so you can’t tighten them. Terrible
