I found these very easy to use compared to the U pins. As per advice, I lay around 5cm of type 1 MOT followed by about 2cm of grano dust. If you try to hammer the pins down into compacted type 1 MOT, you will realise that the pins will get caught and you end up getting a bent and wasted U pin. These nails are thicker, and a good whack will get it through the MOT. Very happy with purchase.

I bought for laying artificial grass. but the paint was flaking off even before packet opened.Its a very thin dip of cheap paint in some ordinary nails. I expected better quality coverage for the price. We could have got similar from local hardware at a fraction of the cost. The green is very dark and shows up badly against the vivid green of the turf. I'd have returned them only we were geared up for turf laying and wanted to just get on with it but I am very disappointed.

We gave our garden a makeover during lockdown and we bought artificial grass. This has made the world of difference to out garden, looks more alive after covering up concrete patio. The nails came in handy and worth the money and did the job. We've had all sorts of weather recently and there has been no movement in the grass.

I just wanted something that would not rust and not be seen and fits the bill, good quick service.

They seem ok, however I have not used them yet, waiting for my grass.

Ruins grass and very noticeable

Took me ages to find a product that would go through concrete parts of my mud where I laid the fake grass. These are amazing.
