They keep sending me broke a/c units
Bought one hooked it up sealed it up full install . Then to find out I had to return item that did not work . Only to order another one to go through the same thing unit not working.. crazy how you order a new item that doesn’t work then order a second time for the same item to not work either these things are not light and take some insulation wast of money .no way that’s how stand up their a/c units are.

This air conditioner won't get cold. It's a really expensive fan that doesn't even cool.
It won't get cold. It's like using a fan. WON'T GET COLD

Not cooling
Not cooling. we hired 2 guys to install it and spent $750 for it, and once done. it doesn't cooling and still need to spent another $100 to disassemble it and put it into the box to return it.

Not cooling. Sounds super loud and produces a bad smell that made me feel nauseous light headed/dizzy and super tired.
