Excellent water flow, soft sponge, long battery life
When I first ordered, the pump kept shutting off, but Amazon’s customer service was excellent—they sent me a replacement the very next day. The new one works perfectly. The packaging was secure, and once set up, it stays stable in the water (just make sure the pump is fully submerged at first). It took a little practice to get used to, but now it’s very easy to use. I also like that it doubles as a soft sponge for the baby’s body, and the water pressure is just right for gentle baths. I’ve been using it for about 5 months and haven’t had to change the batteries yet. Overall, a very useful product that makes bath time easier.

It was a hassle.
I purchased the sprayer. I used a handful of times and it stopped working. I also struggled trying to get it to stick. It kept coming loose and won’t work if it’s not under the water. Overall it was just a hassle to even use as well as store. So it was a waste of money for us unfortunately.

Works better then the reviews show
Works perfectly... I was worried it wouldn't work after reading the reviews so I opened it immediately and tried it.. It works just fine. Exactly what I wanted in this product. You can't hold the sprayer way in the air because it will stop the flow like ALOT of these reviews are showing, but when are you going to hold it way up, it's meant to use close to the baby while you give them a bath. It works perfect using it the right way. Easy to use, not heavy at all and the suction cup works great in my tub. Can't wait to get to use this when baby comes

Helpful idea, but needs improvement
I love the concept of this. It's a gentle and portable way to rinse baby during bath time, and it’s especially helpful when you want more control than a regular faucet or cup. However, the water flow is extremely slow, which makes rinsing take longer than it should. It can be a bit frustrating when you’re trying to keep baby warm and things moving. Also, the suction cup doesn’t stick well, especially on wet or textured surfaces, so it tends to fall off or needs constant re-adjusting. The design is thoughtful overall, but it could definitely use stronger suction and better flow. Still useful, just not as convenient as I’d hoped.

Great Concept, Poor Execution
I really wanted to love this product because the idea is smart and very parent-friendly. Unfortunately, it didn’t work as well as expected. 🚿 Inconsistent Water Flow The sprayer pressure is weak and inconsistent, making it hard to rinse thoroughly—especially with a wiggly toddler. The different spray settings don’t help much. 🔧 Suction Issues The suction pump doesn’t stay in place well. It constantly slips off the side of the tub, which gets frustrating during bath time. 🪣 Limited Water Capacity The small reservoir only holds about a gallon, so you end up needing to refill it several times in one bath. It disrupts the flow and adds more hassle than help. ✅ Pros: Clever, space-saving design Soft sprayer head is gentle for babies Comes with scrub and scalp attachments ❌ Cons: Weak and inconsistent water pressure Suction pump doesn’t stay in place Small tank needs frequent refills Overall: This product has potential, but it’s not quite there yet. If the suction and water flow were improved, it could be a game-changer. As it stands, it's more trouble than it’s worth.

Still worth it!
I was hesitant to buy this and actually waited quite a while before finally pulling the trigger. I was worried about the reviews of it not sticking and water pressure being bad. I wish I would’ve done it sooner! Yes, it comes up and I have to restick frequently. And yes the water pressure has been more of a trickle lately. I had just accepted it thinking there was a kink or the motor was bad but I just replaced the batteries (a month and a half later) and the water is strong again so that was user error. Even with the low water pressure it still made washing my kid’s hair easier with less tears or fighting. I still use the soft scrubber because it feels nice on the head and it doubles as a body scrubber. Totally recommend, especially if you are okay with changing the batteries if needed. Let me tell you, washing hair gave us both PTSD. A few batteries and restocking it is nothing!!

Better off with a good ol’ fashion cup rinser
I really wanted to like this but the pumping mechanism only worked when it wanted do and the water pressure was too low when it did decide to work (to be clear, I was not expecting full sized shower pressure but it’s literally dribbling). After 3 baths with my screaming baby and no water, I’m returning for a good old fashion cup. It’s a shame too because I think my daughter actually preferred this, and the brush was a nice addition. Some techniques I suppose aren’t meant for upgrades!

Water flow works great, just had trouble with base not suctioning two baby bathtub
This thing works pretty good but the suction isn't the best. In order to function properly the base has to suction to something beneath water level which is fine if you're using the regular bathtub. However if you're using a baby bathtub then that will not work and the base tries to float to the surface unless you hold it down with one hand since the suction won't hold it onto the plastic. Other than that it works fine and has a good strong stream of water with two different settings that you can wash baby with.
