I will warn you that they WILL cause cramping and mild nausea but if you take a ove the counter pain killer you'll be fine and the relief after is so worth it. TMI but no joke, I used it and I'm 99% sure Mount Everest was in the toilet after. You will feel so much better. 15-30min of slightly pain for the sweet relief. Highly recommend.
