Sound quality is good, display quality very good

So here is my review after usage of 2 days: Pros: 1. My model is LG 80cm, LR570 series. This TV seems okay as per budget. 2. It includes 100+ LG Channels for free, including Entertainment, News, Kids, Movies — So you mainly don't need a DTH connection if you have access to a good speed Wifi — literally a blessing for me. 3. Installation expert came just a few minutes after the TV was delivered, guided through very well. Appreciate the seamless service! You will be called and asked if you need a table top stand or wall mount. I went for latter. Installation itself is free, if you have an electricity socket nearby. Additional requested support may attract charges. 4. TV runs at least as expected from a budget TV. Cons: 1. There is always Dark Theme in the TV including all the apps. There is NO Light Theme — so you will have visuals and letters shown on a black background. A little frustrating! 2. TV has an average processor — hangs a little while navigating through. 3. Brightness is low, even when made to the scale of 100 — so might be inconvenient if you have impaired eyesight or TV is installed way too far. 4. You will face extreme problems in case of voice typing. LG gives just a standard remote along with TV during delivery. If you want to experience a convenient voice typing function, you have to put more money and purchase LG Magic Remote. This purchase cannot be replaced even with LG ThinQ app. Seems a little torturous! Overall okay okay purchase!

This TV is really nice for a small room. Picture quality and sound is nice. Value for money.

It works very well I have been using it for almost a year now still, quality is outstanding for it it's price point picture quality is crazy good good viewing angle HDR is nice and it works for few apps

I requested a table-mount stand for my new TV. To my surprise, I was told that the table stand is not readily available because “no one gets it installed” and that it would arrive within 2–3 days. It has now been more than a week, and I am still hearing the same excuse repeatedly — “it will come in 2–3 days.” I haven’t been able to use the TV even once since it was delivered, simply because LG cannot arrange a basic table stand. I have never faced such an issue with other brands. Extremely disappointing after-sales service. If you are planning to use a table mount, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before buying an LG TV.

I have been using this TV for the past two months, and I haven't experienced any major issues. However, I have noticed one problem with the sound quality. When I watch YouTube or TV channels, the audio quality does not sound very good. But when I play music from a USB pen drive, the sound is clear, rich, and excellent without changing any sound settings. Since the speakers seem to perform well with USB playback, I am wondering if there is any sound setting that needs to be adjusted for TV channels or YouTube. I would appreciate your guidance on how to improve the audio quality for these sources.

The delivery was prompt, but the brand’s installation service has been extremely disappointing. The product sat in its box for over 10 days waiting for a technician to arrive. If I had known the scheduling process would be this cumbersome, I would have just ordered a separate stand and set it up myself. Unfortunately, opting for a 32-inch size leaves very few alternative options from other brands. ​When the unit was finally checked after more than 10 days of waiting, we discovered it was defective—it repeatedly turns off on its own after a short period. Because the 10-day replacement window had passed, a direct replacement wasn't possible, forcing me to return the item entirely and place a new order. ​Furthermore, Amazon's resolution fell short. While they did offer to reimburse the price difference for the new product, they would only credit it to the Amazon wallet. Since I had originally saved 1500 on the current price, getting that amount locked into wallet credits—instead of a real-amount refund—leaves me at a clear disadvantage.
