I have had zero issues with it and it has worked really well the whole time that I’ve had it. The picture quality it outputs is great and Works flawlessly when sending 4K hdr content to my monitor. Review: Excellent device for use with Ambilight/Hyperion - Didn't want to spend a whole bunch of money on a dual zone cable receiver (min $500) cable of independent so instead opted to try out this device and it turned out fantastic. I opted to get the 1x4 output matrix splitter with scaling because the one output goes to my 4K OLED while the other output has to feed into HDMI2AV converter, which takes 1080p HDMI signal and converts it to analog for USB grabber. Caveats, you must turn off 4:2:2 on gaming devices like XBOX ONE X in order for the device to pass the signal. Would be nice for this support because a lot of HDR content defaults to this. On Xbox its pretty easy to change this to off in settings but on Apple TV 4K, have to go in and set the exact bit depth (prefer leaving auto).

No video and audio at 4 outputs.
I used Apple 4K TV as a source to connect to the Samsung 77" 4K Q9F, the LG 50" Plasma, and the McIntosh MX160 Processor. I got no video and audio at three outputs.

Excellent stable HDMI splitter, my old one wouldn't pass through 1440p resolution but this one handles it perfectly. 1080p and 4K works great as well. Three of my outputs go to 1080p only devices (a monitor, and 2 other scalers), so the built-in downscaler on this splitter is super useful. I did run into an issue with 4K non-HDR from my PS5, the entire contents of the display was tinted blue. So I nearly returned it, but I decided to try updating the firmware first. The firmware update was a success and my blue-tinted problem vanished after the update! The firmware update instructions are clear and easy to follow, except they say that Windows will auto-install the necessary drivers to communicate with the splitter, but that didn't happen for me. Finding the USB drivers on the manufacturer website was slightly difficult - if they could link the USB drivers directly from the firmware download page, then I would give this device 5 stars.

I am very satisfied with this little box. It is slightly bigger than a common cell phone. The picture quality is normal and most of all, it works as it is supposed to. I am using it to distribute the signal from a 4k machine to multiple screens, one of which is only 1080 capable. The dipswitch feature simplifies the process. Just set them to the capability of each monitor and go. I highly recommend this product.

Returned product as as soon as you plug in or turn on a 1080P device all screens go black for a few seconds then return but no longer with any audio to the 4k device. Unit has to be rebooted & it will work until a 1080P device is unplugged or turned off. Updating firmware mad no difference.

worked well to split hdmi out of NVR to different rooms. scaler works great too. sending 4k HDMI signal to different 4k or 1080p displays so can monitor IP cameras in multiple rooms! using amazonbasics HDMI cable 25ft and 50ft with no problems receiving the 4k signal.
