Was on a 6 mile run and they both fell off within 30 minutes. Hardly useful for a 10k, let alone a marathon type running distance. If you plan on sweating while using them, do not buy. They do not do well with moisture, and fall off instantly. After sweating, it is then impossible to apply new ones. Not worth the money. Upgrade to a more reliable product that can perform better with sweat or moisture.
