One of my household chores growing up was to help wash the family car. As the decades passed and I moved into my own home with my own car for which to care, that duty fell to the wayside. I got this kit to revive the tradition. The first time I unzipped the zit, even knowing what the contents were, I was quite astounded by how much is crammed in there! For my first foray back into clean car ownership, I probably only used about 25% of the tools in the kit. The bucket is the perfect size to fill with soapy water, dunk sponges and cloths in, and even swish around my extendable electric scrubber brush. The two (2) microfiber towels are a great medium size that hold as much or as little water as you need and buff out wax well. I am looking forward to utilizing the more specialized pieces to maintain a tidier vehicle - especially the duster and air vent tools intended for the interior. There are three (3) tools provided just for the tires! I also want to compare the car wax applicator pads against the microfiber towel, which I thought did a fine enough job, though I suspect the pads might be less absorbent (and therefore less wasteful). My one concern is whether or not I'll be able to pack all these things back into the provided carry case! It's so much!

Im huge on detailing and being prepared for anything. Obv I have everything but I wanted some for travel just in case. This had everything I needed but the soaps and waxes I use to do so. This will be kept in my truck that I just bought brand new beginning of Dec 2024! I detail my own vehicles why I do so is because my neighbor whom enters his show vehicles In Autorama yearly showed me what items I needed such as the soaps and waxes. He liked the kit I bought and he often checks to make sure what I have is current!

Bought this for my granddaughter who just bought her first car. The product was attractive in color, the individual pieces were of good quality. But the manufacturer did not think about how all the pieces would fit back into the case! I took the contents out to inspect them, and spent 20 minutes rearranging the pieces over and over to get them back in! The case should be at least an inch deeper to accommodate the contents. Once my granddaughter uses this, she will probably be frustrated.

Everything in this thing is great. Just plan on getting your own car wash soap from an auto parts store. It comes with some tablets, but they are somewhat of a joke. But I can understand why they use tablets because car wash soap typically comes in a gallon jug and it weighs a lot. This whole package came in a small box. I’ll never put it back in the box. I use the collapsible bucket to hold the bulky items and use the box for the things like the towels and the things that are not that big.
