Excellent product. I have been using it for the last two months. It is working smoothly. I have faced no issues until now. The installation was very easy; they even provided an installation diagram, which helps anyone without any technology knowledge easily do the installation. I tested the backup; trust me, it truly provided >3 hours of backup time. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product.

It works as it should- nothing more, nothing less. I have never faced a power cut longer than 15-20 minutes. It continues to support my modem whose photo I have uploaded. Extremely easy to install and start using. It has been about three months now since I started using it.
