39300-38110 39300-22600 MAP Sensor Fit for Hyundai Kia

This little part directly from the manufacture dealer was going to be $300 and i read that the computer on the car would not accept it but for the cost I paid for it i was willing to take a gamble and it worked.. I recommend that wheever you have an issue with electronic car parts and before you shell out large $ that you take a gamble on the little guys and I understand that we are though that cheaper is not always better but trust me that it also works the other way around.. More expensive doesnt always mean better either..

So many non oem parts have not worked on my car or did and failed shortly after. This part after several months has functioned just fine. I was very happy with the price and quality of the part. A great option i was able to get almost immediately.

The check engine light came on the dash of the wife's 2003 Hyundai Accent. The error code indicated an air temperature reading that was erratic. A quick search on google pointed to replacing this sensor. Thankfully, it was easy to install and inexpensive. After replacing the bad sensor I did encounter some trouble resetting with my ODB2 scanner. I switched to another type of code reader and was able to clear the error code and the check engine light went out.

I had an error code P0113 showing that my intake air temperature sensor was malfunctioning. In my 2003 Hyundai Elantra that sensor is combined into this MAP sensor. I replaced the old one with this and the code cleared itself and the check engine light has been off for a month now.

It's garbage. It was sending erratic readings to ECU and caused my engine to idle high and the check engine light to come on. I figured with my vehicle being 100k, I would do some easy maintenance such as replacing sensors, valves, belts, etc... didn't have any check engine light until I installed this product. If you have a 2001 Hyundai Elantra, don't buy this. I can't speak for any other vehicle.
