Look and feel real if you take a bit of time
Fabulous when done properly! This saved me a fortune on my quest to bring cottage style into my home. To make them look authentic, I actually cut the pieces apart and used joint compound to adhere them. Then, I piped joint compound between them using a piping bag. I absolutely love the result! They are holding up perfectly in my kitchen and on my fireplace, and they give me the exact cottage vibe I was looking for. (The last photo is the "before" of my fireplace!)

Find something else
So glad I purchased a sample and tested it out before I purchased a whole box and ruined my wall. If your like us and haven seen this all over Pinterest and YouTube it looks beautiful in the videos and pictures. After using joint compound to give us the look we were going for it looked terrible and flat as in not 3D the stones are flat and once you joint compound them itโs flat like wallpaper. Anyways after we joint compounded the sample and let it dry then went back in with a wet rag to clean some areas up the color on the stone was completely wiped away with just an old dish towel and water. I canโt see how this would last on a wall or as backsplash itโs not durable at all.

Love love love
I loved the panels but I will be honest very tedious to do if you have the time then it's for you .but, so much details in the shower walls I never want to do this again ๐ lol

Easy to install, but needed extra work to look realistic
These panels were easy to install, although adhesive is not included. If youโre going for more of a woodsy cabin vibe, leaving them as is would probably work well. That just wasnโt the look I was going for. The rocks look fairly realistic, but the finish was shinier than I expected, and the repeating pattern became noticeable once multiple panels were installed. I ended up creating a German-schmear-style, exposed-stone look, which disguised the pattern and made everything look much more natural and cottage-like. Iโm very happy with the finished result, but it required quite a bit of additional work. The price also felt a little high for the amount included, especially considering the extra effort needed to make them look convincing.

Itโs โgivingโ what I hoped it would give
These were easy to cut, and seeing all the other people cut them, I knew that was worth it. (Thanks to all the others who left pics and detailed reviews). I got the grey-beige and I didnโt want a repeating patternโฆ because no. I used about 28 sheets total and my ceilings are 10โ. Grouted via piping bag and my finger, and tinted the โgroutโ with some left over paint. I wanted more depth and to stretch it out, so I combined another peel and stick pack with this set which also reduced the cost. (The comstickc 3d faux stone wall panels- brown) they looked beige in the product photo but are actually a warm reddish brown. I used almost two boxes of those for this wall. They were a perfect add on (and they were easy to cut as well as peel and stick). I used liquid nails to adhere this set, and a mix of Elmerโs glue, joint compound, paint and corn starch (to thicken when it was too loose) for the โgroutโ. We are loving the look and although it was a labor of love, worth it. Not done with this room yet, but it def made an impact. P.S. the last pic was before we grouted P.P.S. Like this if it was helpful.

Great purchase!
For the price, this product was great! I was so inspired by product review pictures, that I decided to leave my own so that someone else can be inspired. I built a fireplace and cut the โstonesโ out individually. I glued them to the plywood with all purpose construction glue. I did the German Schmear method, but hereโs a warning! The paint or color on the rocks will wash off with a washcloth and warm water scrubbing over the dried drywall compound. Thankfully, it blends in with the schmear appearance, but I would have applied the compound differently if I had known the paint would come off. Overall, this product was perfect for my desired outcome. You wonโt regret the purchase! I plan to order again for more projects!

Don't buy !!
Don't waste your time or money !! Besides taking over a week to recieve on "Prime" it is the most fake looking stone ever !! It came bent and it is just terrible !! Very disappointed would be an understatement

Super easy to work with!
Great product if modifying. If putting up without altering they are very clear to see a repeating pattern. However if over grouting as we did they look awesome! Couldnโt be easier to install and cut.

So Worth It!
Obsessed for the price, a lot of work. Cut some out individually. Happy with the final product.

Love it!
The panels are exactly how they look and among many other reviews, it will look amazing if you put the work in. Even if your surface is a perfect fit, the raw edges are silly without some sort of joint finish or trim. I used real sanded grout, which is different than what others used in reviews and Tiktok videos. Spackle (or joint compound) was widely used by other people because it will stick to the plastic, but it dries like chalk and I also didn't want bright white - but that option has been praised online. Using a real sanded grout was honestly horrible to apply but gave an amazing finish that looks like real masonry. I had to pipe it on in small sections, wait ~20 minutes and then gently press it in while in the sticky stage. I am not experienced and this took me many hours to do half a wall. Because the "sticky stage" window was so fast, that's why I had to do small sections. Touching it any sooner would cause it to leap off the panel like wet mud would do and waiting too long would make it unable to shape & flatten. The panels do stick with construction adhesive and I didn't need to staple it. Going around the edge and then a quick "X" or zigzag in the middle was enough to hold it properly - if you don't do this, the middle could be flexible and crack with any small impact to it or expansion from the weather. It took me 17 panels to cover this small area in the photos - many of which I had to improvise smaller rocks by cutting them to shape, but it stayed nicely hidden in the grout and you can't even tell. Hope this helps and wasn't just me rambling. Also

Awesome for a DIY feature wall
Easy to cut, easy to install and final over-grouted look was so easy to achieve. I covered more rock than most do as I was more interested in the texture than the colours but final product looks great and it was an easy DIY for this beginner!

looks very cheap.
Looks very cheap and return is very difficult and very expensive. Would never purchase again.

stone wall
great look once up. applying the construction adhesive (No More Nails is best as it dries white) is a little messy to apply, steady hand required. My only complaint was the fact the my 40 sqft. wall could not be covered by the 15 pack which advertises that it covers 43sqft. so I had to order more, not cost effective and postponed the completion of my project.
