THE ONLY thing that NotCo needs to change is the quantity availability: Just wish they sold it in larger quantities (gallon or 1/2 gallon etc. Hell, put it in a freaking wine box, that’d be even better). This is probably the best tasting version of milk I’ve ever had in my life! Taste just like milk but better! (At least I think so). I made a few cereal bowls for my friends and they did not even question it! They thought it was milk. I love it!

I was so disappointed when I saw this product disappear from my grocery store but was pretty stoked when I saw that it was still available online. This stuff tastes more like real milk than any other plant-based milk I've tried. Better than soy, oat, almond, coconut, chia and other pea-protein 'milks'. The fact that it is also low carb and high protein makes it perfect.

Not a milk alternative drinker, but this is the closest to real milk there is. Used to drink it when it was in the refrigerated section, not it's "long life" but still as good. It has good consistency and we've used it as a milk alternative to baking as well.

This is the best non-milk product I’ve ever had… I happened to find it by chance in a bin store, and could not find it in any supermarket or online. The only problem is it took a few months to to arrive.

In my opinion, this plant-based milk alternative is the best tasting, as well as the closest to actual milk I've been able to find. Though it takes some time, I've been able to obtain it on Amazon. Hopefully, it doesn't get discontinued since its the only milk I can actually tolerate.

I was very disappointed when I could not find Not Milk in the refrigerated section of my grocery store. Then I heard a rumor that Kraft Heinz bought it. Then I saw that Jeff Bezos bought it. All I know is, it disappeared from the stores where I purchased it. After trying many other brands of plant milk, I scoured the internet to see if I could still find Not Milk. I found it right here on Amazon. Shelf stable. Disappointment number one. So I decided to give it a try because I love it so much.... And quickly realized that it's not the same. Obviously the formula had to be altered for it to be shelf stable. It just tastes off to me. It's still better than any other plant milk on the market, but it's not the same. It's sweeter and has an off-ish taste. I'm just glad to have a plant-based milk back in my diet. Will probably keep buying the shelf stable version and declare my disappointment to the company.

Great taste, I prefer to cow milk. The only problem is it's been slow to deliver lately. Kraft Heinz and NotCo really need to figure out what they're doing and sell their products properly. Ever since Kraft bought NotCo, they've discontinued products and taken their products off the shelf across the USA. Looks like Kraft bought NotCo just to discontinue it.
