HISSING SOUND - There is a obviously loud hissing sound when you start Retropie. This can be fix by adding the following code line to the config.txt :disable_audio_dither=12. CONTROLLER AND BUTTONS ISSUE - Out of the box, controller and buttons was preconfigured for MAME. The problem with this is that preconfiguration does NOT work for other Emulators. What's worse is that who ever installed Emulation Station decided to child proof the system by disabling the Option Menu which make controller and button customizing impossible. The only fix I know is to trash the preinstall image file and reinstall your own Retropie image file. You MUST copy the config.txt from the original image file and replace it to the config.txt from your custom image file.3. SCREEN SETTING ISSUES: Yes! The ARCADE-LITE runs on a 5" (480x800) low resolution which mean the config.txt file has to be set to a certain specs or you will just get a white screen. The easiest way to fix this issue is to copy the screen presets in the config.txt from the original image and replace it to the the config.txt from your new image file.It took me a day to research and fix these issues. It took the seller awhile before giving infos on configuring the Arcade-Lite.The unit itself is very well built, buttons and controller surprisingly very responsive to retro games. The screen actually looks good.
