Very tasty al dente
These were really good and cooked up well I made macaroni and cheese with them, but I’m sure they would be excellent in a Italian salad with veggies and cheese and meat

Excellent, Inexpensive, Italian Pasta!
If you like DeCecco pasta, the Whole Foods brand is excellent as well. We usually stick to elbows and angel hair and sometimes rotini but very much enjoyed these shells with a simple Marinara pan sauce that we made using crushed tomatoes and garlic sautéed in olive oil. Nice firm pasta, due to the hard wheat, and it's made in Italy. Sorry, Italy just does mass produced pasta so much better. Never mushy, even when over cooked a bit. We find you usually have to cook a little longer than package says, just like we do DeCecco brand. I wouid not be surprised if this was not actually DeCecco brand, as they also have an organic line, if I'm not mistaken. A good price, especially when Amazon has a special and/or buy 4 get 10% off, and during Amazon prime days, there are usually really good deals on the brand, so I always stock up.

Great organic Italian pasta!
Wonderful product, tastes great, super texture and fantastic price. Almost as good as Garofalo pasta, almost. My to go pasta when my Garofalo is out of stock at Costco. Thanks amazon for a great product and price.

Fantastic product but Amazon won't let you buy in bulk.
I'm a huge fan! we go through a TON of these... my only complaint is that amazon limits how many we can order... so we have to order other brands to fill in gaps and it messes with recipes. accordingly we're giving up on this awesome pasta and have been ordering another brand which doesn't limit how many packages we can order at once.
