Wait for response! The seller’s handling and resolution were prompt and satisfactory, which is commendable. However, I hope they can take this issue seriously. The key point is that I am not looking for a refund—I need a new, functional product that can be used properly. ### ⭐ Quality control can put this bike 🏍️ over the top *by on Reviewed in the United States June 13, 2026* This can be a good quality bike. I’m patient when it comes to tweaking things to my liking. If you’re not good with adjusting a bike to your liking don’t buy this bike. It’s light and hide away cables makes it attractive. The issue I have with it, when I’m pedaling, it feels like I’m on a stationary bike with tension on. It doesn’t coast at all. Typically on a bike you pedal once or twice and coast down the street to a good distance. I’m not getting that with this bike. The wheels don’t seem to be greased. The wheels are not straight as well. I’ve reach out but didn’t get a response. I think my request may have got sidetracked and Hope to hear from the maker. I think this bike can be a hot item with some quality control before someone pulls it out the box and put it together. Or maybe it’s the one that got past. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/702480126-700c-lightweight-aluminum-road-bike-16-speed-racing-bicycle-disc](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/702480126-700c-lightweight-aluminum-road-bike-16-speed-racing-bicycle-disc) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-30*
