Can’t install the front wheel
Not good right now! Wait for response!The seller’s handling and resolution were prompt and satisfactory, which is commendable. However, I hope they can take this issue seriously. The key point is that I am not looking for a refund—I need a new, functional product that can be used properly.

Quality control can put this bike 🏍️ over the top
This can be a good quality bike. I’m patient when it comes to tweaking things to my liking. If you’re not good with adjusting a bike to your liking don’t buy this bike. It’s light and hide away cables makes it attractive. The issue I have with it, when I’m pedaling, it feels like I’m on a stationary bike with tension on. It doesn’t coast at all. Typically on a bike you pedal once or twice and coast down the street to a good distance. I’m not getting that with this bike. The wheels don’t seem to be greased. The wheels are not straight as well. I’ve reach out but didn’t get a response. I think my request may have got sidetracked and Hope to hear from the maker. I think this bike can be a hot item with some quality control before someone pulls it out the box and put it together. Or maybe it’s the one that got past.

I am in LOVE with this bike! First - let me say - the sellers were amazing through this whole purchase and delivery process. I appreciate them so very much. I ordered two bikes and when I only received one, clearly I was not happy. Then they explained they are shipped separately (duh - should have realized that lol) - mine came a few days after my husbands arrived. We both love our bikes! Putting it together a breeze...the color is perfection - if you are into that - and I am! It handles the roads perfectly - I've been out for several rides since I received it. It's light, responsive, good breaking, easy to maneuver. It is what I would refer to as the typical road bike. I love it so so much! Buy it - you won't be disappointed!!!!!
