You have to assemble
Nowhere did it tell my wife, who ordered it, that you had to completely assemble this 2 pack of luggage holders. It is a good thing we had two people and my battery powered drill with a torx bit or she would still be trying to put them together with the tiny allen wrench provided. The photo showed it to be flat on top but the 4 corners stick up prominently which means a standard suitcase (any one larger than an airplane carry-on) rests on the 4 wood corner points and not the webbing. We wish we had just ordered a cheap metal one. This is a typical China made product.
