This is the best knife I’ve ever owned! I wish I had this years ago! It’s so sharp, easy to handle and is the perfect size! It cuts right through vegetables! It’s so sharp that it cut the top of my finger while barely laying again it and it comes with a sharpener that is so easy to use. I highly recommend this chef’s knife! I previously purchased an 8” which is too large for cutting veggies, but it will be great for cutting up meat.

Very sharp. And the shelf sharpening knife case works very well too! It cuts fine fresh herbs and cores and peeps tomatoes and cuts meats too! I'm very happy with this knife.

I love this paring knife!! I used it the first day I got it to peel potatoes. I love the size and the feel of it in my hand. And you can’t beat having a freshly sharpened knife each time you pull it out and use it!
