I'm updating my review. I just purchased my 4th light bar. My Streptocarpus, and Orchids love these lights. My Streptocarpus are blooming much better with these light than they did with my much more expensive BML lights (with more red). My orchids were just moved to these lights and are have great new growth. I do use these lights as supplemental lights. My plant stand is in a southwest/west window which gets very little winter light. I've replaced my BML lights with these lights.This is my previous review from this Fall:Excellent, quality construction LED light bar at a reasonable price. I'm buying more. I just got it and I think it will work very well for my Streptocarpus and African Violets.The light is very pleasing. I didn't want alien red since the plants are in my office, and believe full spectrum will work betterCustomer support is excellent too. I couldn't get the plastic end off to connect the power cord. There's a clover leaf size cut-out on the plastic end. Dummy me - I was trying to take off the entire plastic end. The seller contacted me and resolved the problem.

Buyer beware. This light comes with no plug, you have to wire it up yourself. If I could, I would give zero stars.
