I’ve been taking this daily for the past 3 weeks. But before these 3 weeks occurred, my sugar cravings were an everyday battle. I’d spend my last dollar to buy something sweet and I was on the verge of becoming a diabetic. Since taking these, I have not one time reached for candy, for junk food or craved it. It’s like my brain erased any desire or information on sugar. There’s no taste to the pills, it’s easy to swallow, and I haven’t had any side effects other than just no cravings. I usually get a different brand but did not want to order such a big amount (360). These are the perfect price in comparison and also work just as good. I want to say that the pills were slightly a different size in the 1st bottle than the 2nd one I got. But they are still small and easy to swallow.

one of the best inositol supplements i’ve taken hands down! completed an entire bottle and never had any negative effects or reactions. the capsules could be a bit big for someone who isn’t used to taking vitamins.to be on the more affordable side, the quality is very good and whenever i missed a day i could definitely feel the difference.my cravings were controlled, my sleep quality was better, my cortisol levels had dropped and even my acne had cleared significantly. can’t wait to buy again!!! don’t walk, RUNNN to buy!this message has been PCOS girly approved.

My 15 year old daughter started taking them due to pcos as an added help to get her health back on track. It seems to work , would work better if taken consistently (i know she may forget a day or 2). When taken regularly it seems her appetite is low, I did notice her face looking a little softer more feminine (due to her pcos her testosterone was very high). She has been able to lose weight with minimal exercise. Next month she has to take labs to check her levels lets see hopefully there is a big difference. They do seem to have made her nauseous when she first started taking them. Overall I think its a great product and very affordable.

It helped my energy level, I started this with a regimen so not sure which was this and what was others, but they're smaller than the other capsules (thankfully) and my hair loss seems to be slowing.
