Review: All of these things that claim to help your health are expensive…. - So you should try to buy just one product like this and don’t buy all kinds of supplements because you won’t know what’s doing anything for you and what’s just going out of your body with no benefit. I’ve been on this for I think a couple years and both my knees were hurting when I got on it. This is not a miracle cure. I’m not saying it’s that way, but after staying on this most of my knee pain went away! I stopped at for part of the year and it’s like I had built up. I don’t know if his cartilage or whatever with this supplement but after being offered for a while I started feeling my knees again, just a little bit so that’s the last time I’m getting off of this lol it’s proven to me that it works at least as far as my amateur experiment. I just wish they made these more affordable for people and that they had a better way of policing supplements that are useless and getting them off the market. I think you’re going to be very happy for this, but you have to realize it took you a long time to catch your joints in tough shape, it’s going to take longer to get them better, but you can make it happen and you’ll be very happy that you did. My knees were not excruciating, but I knew that I was going to have to do something about them and I decided this was worth a try and that was a great decision.
