He says they’re not very supportive for flat feet, you have to build up the muscles in your feet to be able to wear them comfortably. He wore them for only an hour at a time at first. Now he can wear them longer because he has strengthened his arches. **Q: Are these good for Yoga?** A: You can try. Due the nature of Yoga, it should be done barefoot. These shoes are very light weight and perfect for heavy lifting, calisthenics, and body weight exercises.
