Hate to do it, but after what I just found I don’t really have a choice. I can’t recommend this product. Even though it does do what it is advertised to do, its shelf life isn’t that great. I’ve taken it the past two weeks and after it sitting for just two days undisturbed, I found mold growing on the inside of the cap. Apparently this product either doesn’t have a very long shelf life once the seal is broken or they don’t cycle out old product.

About halfway through the bottle.I usually take a full shot in the morning and after 30mins or so, you start getting hot so I guess it is working.I don't workout after I take it, I usually do it before I go into work, where I sit in an office.The taste is awesome, I love the flavor. It's strong but not overwhelming.Value.. I think it's reasonable, everything is going up, including preworkouts. I believe it's like 31 sevings.I do feel a bump in energy, I am fairly insensitive to preworkouts, even the ones with stims.People complain about the "seal" and I see why. You need to have it twisted on fairly tight for it not to leak, and even then, I can see it still not sealing correctly. Also the cap is what you use to drink with, so any residual amount will come down, so it doesn't help.I do have a weird side effect, I salivate(my mouth waters like crazy) a TON when this stuff kicks in and it seems to last the whole day. I took it on the morning and my mouth was still going crazy that night, so much that I had issues sleeping.

I do sweat... no doubt about that. But... not all the time. I am about 2 servings left on a complete bottle and I only use it 2-3 times a week. When I started off-- I would sweat , sweat and keep sweating. I would shower, dry off and then sweat some more. I run, lift , bike 5-6 days a week, but only used it while lifting to suppliment the lack of cardio. I have noticed just a little bit of body fat reduction. .2% to be prescise from my scan.THe taste is good actually- It lingers a mit in my mustache and I kinda dig it.The bottle suuucks. Its horrible. The label was in the box when it arrived, but never stayed on the bottle. The cap leaks. I think I have probably lost at least 1 serviing due to poor bottle design.THe cap asks as the "shot" you take-- use a shot glass. The cap is gross and I have to wipe the stick off each use.I would say I would buy it again, just to take it 5 days a week to try to see if I get more fat loss... but ... even at 2-3 days a week my body is getting used to the formula. Today when I used it I felt like it was out of my system in 30 min or so where normally its a good 3-4 hours.Anyways.. Its worth to try it for the 1st week of sweat. Its so crazy.
