High Quality Seeds
The seeds are a good quality. Just 2 teaspoons fills up a 32 ounce mason jar at the 5-day mark. And the sprouts are vibrant and tasty. The jar instructions say to use 2 scoops of seeds, but my jar didn’t have a scoop. That’s fine. Just measure out 2 level teaspoons.

This product is excellent! The seeds sprouted extremely fast and the sprouts were delicious!

Alfalfa seeds that do not sprout correctly
I have been growing sprouts for years and this is the first time I have bought this particular brand . So disappointed as only about a quarter of them will sprout the rest just remain on sprouted seeds. I do not recommend this product. I would give it less than one star
