The caliber and durability of this 8-ft. 90 Degree Right-Angle Cable, is equal or better than cables purchased previously for seven times the price.The attractive blue and gold braided exterior provides essential armor from kinking, snagging or other normal-use assaults or damage. It is, admittedly, larger in diameter, and stiffer than many other cables, but this is a small trade-off for quality.Each terminal end is enclosed in stout anodized metal housing, finished in satin powder blue. The 3.5mm jacks are adorned with a durable gold finish, and the convenient 90-degree end, features a heavy no-holds-barred block, at the bend, to reduce stress on both the wire end, and the 3.5mm jacks. This focus on detail is appreciated, since I've had cables in the past, separate due to stress at either the point of transition from the cable flex or the at 3.5 mm jack, itself.EMK has reduced risk of cable flex damaged, by incorporating rigid stepped rubber boots where the cable enters the metal housing of the terminal ends. I've lost too many cables to broken wires, flexing and bending at this point. 10 days after receiving this cable the sound would only come out of one side. Tried on different devices and different speakers, but the cable consistently did not work and put out a generally weird sound quality. I unscrewed the cover to see if there was anything going on, and found exposed wire.

I have owned this for a month, only use it in my car, and the cord has stopped working. If the cord isn't in just the correct position it won't play sound at all, even when fully plugged in. I thought this cord was supposed to be heavy duty but I've barely used it and it stopped working.

Holy crap this cable is righteous! I’ve been using an older Aux Cable to run from my iPad to car for audio (Bluetooth causes lag between video and audio) and I’ve had to up the audio offset for aux input in the stereo of my 2015 Dodge Durango along with cranking it to 37 or 38 to hear. Paid for that right off the bat as I got blown right out of my seat! Have an iPad Air 2 and this cord doesn’t leave ANYTHING on the table. You get what you expect out of normal Bluetooth or USB audio. This is a solid built cable with amazing sound quality. AMAZING! Like very little audio loss and little to no audio quality loss. Tried a Monster cable, a philips, and some cheap truck stop cables. None provide the sound quality. Only Monster came on par with the build and component quality. So if you need an Aux Cable...stop searching here and just buy it. Had it about 1 month at this point and will update if something changes.

Purchased for use as an replacement cable for a T50RP. I found that the right angle jack doesn't extend far enough to fit inside the T50, nor was it long enough to clear my phone's case.The wrapping, while looking very nice, makes the cable very very stiff! It doesn't bend easily, and it is NOT soft.That said however, the gauge of the wires is pretty thick, and it seems to have low resistance. Using this cable sounds noticeably louder than a fabric wrapped aux cable I bought from elsewhere on Amazon. Whether it's got higher quality, I'm not sure. I didn't think it sounded better, just louder, personally.So, there's some concerns with it's usability, and while I'm sure it's durable, it's so stiff, and so short, and well? Kinda just unpleasant to touch, that I find myself using other cables whether I'm at home or work. It's just large, and the blue + silver are definitely eye catching though.If you're looking for something eye-catching and durable, and you don't care about it being stiff, thick, and not fabric-wrapped, and cheap? Then this is your cable. I probably wouldn't buy it again though, personally.

I love how heavy duty the cable is I use it for my satellite radio in my semi, so I need heavy duty or it won't last. I love the right angle connector it doesn't stick out from the radio to get hit and bent. Finally the connector quality it amazing.

Solid cable. Works well in my stock radio with AUX port in my craptastic work truck. Audio sounds great!
