## Questions & Answers

**Q: Is the product safe to use when it gets warm?**
A: Slight warming during wireless charging is normal, especially under heavy use. The product meets international safety standards to ensure safe use.

**Q: Why my power bank provide fewer charges than expect?**
A: External batteries typically supply 60%-70% power to devices, with 30%-40% lost to heat and voltage conversion. So a fully charged INIU 5000mAh power bank can offer an estimated 3000mAh-3500mAh to your devices.

**Q: How to calculate the possible number of charges?**
A: "Industry-standard formula: (Power bank capacity × 60%) ÷ Device battery capacity ≈ Number of Charges. eg. (5000mAh power bank × 0.6) ÷ 3279mAh iPhone 14 battery ≈ 0.9 charge"

**Q: Can I use wired and wireless charging functions simultaneously?**
A: Yes, you need to press the button to enable wireless charging during wired charging.

**Q: Does it support pass-through charging?**
A: Yes, our power bank supports pass-through charging. You can charge both the power bank and connected devices simultaneously.
