## Questions & Answers

**Q: Roughly how many logs?**
A: I got 16 logs for £30, I have just found a local kiln dried supplier whose logs are as good and had 12 identical logs for £6

**Q: Are these okay for cooking with?**
A: Only ever used logs for a stove. The main issue here is the price. At almost £1 per kg the price is ludicrous. Also, selling wood by weight should be made illegal because of water content. Volume is the recognised honest description and weight smacks of sharp practice! Reasonable price of well-seasoned, air-dried logs is about £120 for a cubic metre.
These logs work out at about £380 per cubic metre!

**Q: I need logs for a photoshoot. They need to look noce like these ones. Do the logs actually look like the pictures?**
A: Hi
Yes mine did. Not so good burning though.
But look pretty I suppose each
Net/bundle are different

**Q: Are all the logs split**
A: Yes the logs arrived in a clean bag and were all split. Very quick and efficient delivery.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Mostly huge logs that burn beautifully

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice logs will buy again
*by A***R on 1 December 2025*

I chose these logs because I hoped they would be less smelly than other logs. I was pleased with them. They burnt well and didn't leave me smelling too much like a bonfire.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent quality: burns really slowly and gives out lots of heat
*by S***R on 8 November 2022*

My one gripe was the quantity: I ordered 10 x 40 litre bags but short of putting the logs in a bucket and seeing how much water they displaced (which would rather defeat the object of buying kiln dried wood!!) it is difficult to know how much was delivered. There were certainly 10 mesh bags inside 5 larger white sacks, but I seriously doubt I have 400 litres of wood. That said, they burn magnificently well: a beautiful slow burning fire, giving out lots of heat. We love an open fire in the winter and with current gas and electric costs we will be having more this winter. My biggest regret is that I didn't order sooner before the price more than doubled. We are using much less of this wood than we did buying kiln dried from supermarkets, garden centres or DIY stores so it is definitely better quality.
