I'm giving this 5 stars, however I will update if I have more issues. This is a cool camera with a lot of features. It was very easy to set up. There is very little, if any lag. It pans around perfectly & at the unit, quietly. Picture quality is incredible. The only issue I have us even though it's solid charged, 2 dats in, it stopped working & had zero power. I had to " jump start" it with a portable charger, doa little bit if re setup & then plug it back into the solar panel. It has been working fine since so I don't know what happened. If it's a 1 off I'll say 5 stars. I Haven't really used the zoom feature much but do know it works very well. I'd say this is a good camera if you're looking for a lot of coverage, being able to control positions & want a goid clear solid picture.

I initially struggled with connecting but that was due to user error. You should read the directions FULLY. I tried to set it up after I had installed it location wise. You need the app downloaded and an account created. It should be charged fully prior to installation. It connects for initial set up if both the camera and your phone are near the router. This is key. Then after you have followed the setup instructions you can screw it into its location. The app and camera walk you through the whole process down to a best angle/view for installation. The app has a free version and an option for an SD card if you don’t want to pay for the subscription version. The premium features are very affordable. I personally purchased the premium version as I found it worth it. The cost of a SD cards with good enough storage were as much as the annual price for the subscription. The premium comes with cloud storage. I can sound alarms, speak through it, it has audio, black and white/ color and definition options, strobe and regular light, I can control the angle from my phone as well. It also can detect and notify you on if a person or an animal has gone by. This feature/ability was nice for me because I live in the woods. The quality even on the lower definition is very good. I have no complaints. I purchased a second one. I think for one it was 5$ a month. For two I pay 9$ a month. It comes with all the features and maybe some others I’m forgetting plus cloud storage. If it gets cloudy for a few days the battery can struggle to charge so it might be worth getting a small power bank to charge it. I had one which helped me in this situation, as mine is installed outside my house and don’t have any outdoor outlets. This has only happened once so far and is to be expected given that it’s a solar powered camera. I hope you all enjoy! When I first purchased this it had excellent reviews. I went to go review this and saw the rate had dropped and a lot of complaints were about setup, so I figured I’d leave these tips from my own experience. I hope this helps someone, it’s a nice affordable camera that gives me peace of mind😌🫶🏽.

You have to understand you get what you pay for. This camera is a pain in the neck to install because the screws are right behind the camera and they are very difficult to get to with a drill even with an extender or even a very long screwdriver. It is a giant pain and will take you forever to install. Once installed, the quality is not bad. However, if you change your Wi-Fi password or you have to switch to a different Wi-Fi altogether, this will require you to climb up on a ladder, unscrew the camera bring it down and use a pin to reset the entire camera remove the camera from your devices, do a completely new camera add on your phone app then go back out, climb up the ladder and reinstall the camera. Whoever designed this did a terrible job. It is not convenient or easy to use. I would be better off buying brand, new, and starting all over. Signed - a very tired and unhappy customer from trying to do all this!!!!!! 😡

I have run this camera for most of the spring and into summer. Have had no issues with battery or the solar panel. Now that being said we are now heading into Fall and soon Winter here in Wisconsin. I will have to update this once the temps drop and see how the battery life holds up. I can see great in the chicken run, clear picture but when you zoom in it will get grainy some. But didn't get this for security just to spy on my chickens when they are home alone. I thought it was easy to set it up. My run is about 20-30 feet from the house so it will pick up my Wi-Fi easily. My only issue is it will lag but only because of my slow internet. So no fault to this unit just my bad internet. I am very pleased with this camera so far!!

I’m using these cameras for our vacation home in Mexico. I high recommend using and installing where there’s plenty and consistent sun. Otherwise use the power line that it comes with. Sometimes it’ll glitch. But for the price is worth it.

I have been looking for a good security cameras for a while now. When I saw this camera and liked the features I read. I said I try it. Here is my review about these camera. First Impression My first impression is that this camera are built to last. It's heavy and it has thick plastic casing. The wall mount bracket is easy to install with the sticker they provided. After the installation of solar panel and the camera. I started configuration process but it would not come on at first. It has to charge up first. Setup The setup is quite straight forward. After a few clicks the setup completed and I was up and running. Note it's better if you charge it up in the the house while you set it up and configure your settings. There was so many things you can change in the settings. Performance This camera performs well in both day and night. The image is clear and the sensitivity was set to low. It also has lights and alarm. The lights are very bright but the alarm was not to loud but loud enough to hear in the house. I did not sign up for Cloud service but it has AI service, and I believe face recognition too. It's only been a couple days since it's been up but I love being able to see my bikes and motorcycle when I feel like I heard something out side. IM LOVING IT!!! Five star

The clarity is excellent, both night and day. You can choose to have the light go on for color night vision. You can choose what duration you want to record when motion is detected, such as 10, 20 or 30 seconds. You can also choose motion detection sensitivity. Love that they charge via solar panel. I use an SD card and no subscription is required so that is awesome. I use these around the yard to spy on the wildlife. The app is nice. You can scroll the thumbnails or watch the videos on the timeline, at different speeds if you wish. You can also remotely rotate the camera in different directions. I've had some of them for about a year and they withstand all weather in the Midwest. This is a great buy!

Ich habe schon einige Überwachungskameras getestet, aber diese hier übertrifft meine Erwartungen. Schon beim Auspacken merkt man, dass die Verarbeitung hochwertig ist. Die Installation war überraschend einfach – in wenigen Minuten war die Kamera einsatzbereit und mit der App verbunden. Ich bin absolut begeistert von dieser Kamera! Die 2K-Auflösung liefert gute Bilder bzw. Aufnahmen. Ich benutze Sie im Außenbereich um meine Hühner und Enten auf dem Grundstück etwas mehr im Blick zu haben. Die Alarmfunktion ist ein echtes Highlight. Ich kann bei Gefahr per App eine laute Sirene aktivieren, um Eindringlinge zu vertreiben – das gibt mir ein zusätzliches Sicherheitsgefühl. Noch besser: Ich könnte auch über das Mikrofon direkt kommunizieren. Nachtsicht brauch ich nicht funktioniert aber auch (unsichtbar mit Infrarot und in Farbe mit eingebauter Beleuchtung) Was mir besonders gefällt, ist die Solarstromversorgung. Kein lästiges Aufladen oder Batteriewechsel mehr – die Kamera lädt sich tagsüber automatisch auf und funktioniert nachts problemlos. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter bleibt die Akkulaufzeit die letzten Tage stabil. Wenn der Langzeittest erfolgreich ist, werde ich Sie im Giebel des Hauses installieren um einen kompletten Blick über das Grundstück zu bekommen. Zudem ist sie wasserdicht (IP66) und per App drehbar (fast 360°) – eine rundum durchdachte Sicherheitslösung. Die Installation war super einfach, und die App-Steuerung funktioniert tadellos. Fazit: Top Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, hohe Sicherheit und eine wirklich zuverlässige Kamera! Klare Kaufempfehlung! 5 Sterne *****
