I bought this after reading the positive reviews and have to admit I was sceptical. As a former hairstylist I've always purchased mid-to-high-end shampoos and conditioners in the past, but have unfortunately had to scale back on spending recently. I remembered trying this in my teens and not finding it particularly good but it's possible they've changed the formula since then (plus, I was frying my hair with bleach in those days and straightening it while damp so it may have been a lost cause...) My hair is thin and fine, very dry, frizzy, prone to tangles and now greying. The first time I used only a small amount and left it for 1 minute as directed, which didn't do much for my hair. The second time I really slathered it over towel-tried hair, left it for 10 minutes and rinsed off with lukewarm water. Wow! My hair instantly felt smoother and I could easily get a brush through it. I let my hair air-dry and this didn't cause it to become extremely frizzy as usual. Once it was fully dry, my hair appeared shiny and smooth and felt very soft to the touch. Upon waking in the morning my hair was even softer than the night before! But not weighed-down or sticky and dull as I've found with other heavy-duty conditioners. I've used it once again since then with the same results. The smell is quite strong but doesn't linger on the hair once washed off, the texture is nice and smooth and easy to distribute even on damp hair. The price simply cannot be beat for what you get back. I'm very, very happy with this and will definitely repurchase!

So good. I'm usually skeptical with dove products. I've used a wide range of hair masks/conditioner and I got this just because it was cheap. it has been the only one so far that has ever made my hair so smooth and shiny. Has a really nice smell too

Hi Everybody, I received my conditioner, Dove 1 minute intensive repair treatment yesterday. I used it today in the shower and I love the results. I have shoulder length hair that I cut and colour myself at home. After drying my hair in a towel I could feel that my hair felt silky smooth. I dried it with my hairdryer with low heat and used a wide tooth comb so not to pull the hair. In the past I have had waist length hair and I think with this conditioner I could achieve long hair, bust length in great condition. My fine hair dried without any need to use hair straighteners. I could go straight out on the town. I also love that the conditioner is Peta approved, because I love bunnies, my favourite pets and would not use animal tested products. Go Dove, I also love the price. I beg you, try this conditioner for dry damaged, bleached over processed dry hair you will love the results, as I do! This is my genuine opinion. Thankyou Dove and Thankyou Amazon. BUY IT!!!!!!!! You need this in your life.

Love it, my hair after is very silky and soft! Very good quality for the price! If you try once you with boy want to stop using it!

I've used expensive conditioners and can honestly say this is better than most of them. Smells great and made my dry hair super soft.Amazing for the price.

Have wanted to try a new Conditioner for a while.. Have now been using this twice a week for a while (since I purchased it).. It is great. Good value, has put life back in my hair and got rid of my frizz.. As well as giving me a lovely shine. Smells fresh, and you only have to leave it in for one minute. Easy to use for soft results.

I have been buying this Dove conditioner for over a year and it's a great product for a great price £1.98. However, when I tried to buy it again recently the price had doubled to £4! Amazon can’t explain why and I am really annoyed! Please explain.

Je ne regrette pas l'achat de ce soin Dove. En une minute les cheveux sont doux souples et brillants. Il démêle parfaitement et a une divine odeur qui reste longtemps sur les cheveux. En revanche je le trouve un peu cher au regard de la quantité

Heb het product nog niet kunnen gebruiken,het is net aangekomen. Het ruikt alvast super lekker. Helaas wa de verpakking al uitgelopen in de doos :-(
