Beef Tallow for Cooking 7 LB Bulk Pail w/Safety Seal No Additives or Preservatives

This is my first time using beef tallow! It is amazing for cheesesteaks! I only used a tablespoon for two servings, and the sirloin and ribeye (chopped) came out so juicy but not greasy! The texture is smooth, like Ghee but after opening, it goes in the fridge! Odorless! Once my truffle seasoning comes in, I will add an update on recipes! I did use a teaspoon to sauté red Argentine shrimp! I was able to develop a crust on the shrimp (just Old Bay and Tallow) and they came out plump, and delicious! I know there are many uses for it, but I’ve only had it for five days - but I’m looking forward to developing layered flavors with it! I’m developing a recipe for stuffed crescent rolls, with crab filling. Totally worth the investment! I’m also looking forward to the searing capability with steaks.

This is awesome, pure and clean, cooking tallow. It is basically unprocessed, making food taste awesome when frying with it.. BYE BYE seed oils! Customer for life here!

Very happy with purchase - I usually make my own but hadn't been able to get the amount fat needed to make any. This is good quality, everyone says it smells good when heating up, and not an overpowering taste. Solid bright white, smooth, with no impurities. Definitely tightly sealed for freshness and protection - it's murder to get it open! Smooth and creamy, no lumps, melts fast, easy to use.

great product a great price, very clean and been using it fore the deep fryer and its great. I bought this for the price of 2 pounds at my lcoal grocers. steal of a deal.

Great value, great taste. Packaging says refrigerate after opening, but agree that it should be shelf stable. Excellent product, cooks great and adds awesome beef flavor to whatever you make!

Healthy, works great for cooking, and lasts a good while, making it a great value for the price. Food fried with this is guaranteed a better taste and texture than when cooked with seed oils. Only real complaint I can make is the container lid is a difficult to remove, requiring some force and made harder due to the sharp plastic edge on the lower lip.

Good quality ,has no odor great for cooking and frying would buy again.

Love this stuff. Bought this a few times. Some of the best priced. Nice and fluffy. Straight white. Doesn't even really have a smell. But I don't know what it is the taste almost seems plasticky to me. But that's if you eat a straight about the bucket. But that makes me concerned if there are any micrcoplastics that are leaching into the tallow itself. With that said I use this as a replacement for any oil or butter. I cook everything in it.
