Great with daily vitamin combination

Exactly What All of us Need
I don’t know. I just know that we all need to take a lot more Vitamin D3 than we all do. So with that said, these are great. They are very small so if you need to take a bunch daily its easy to do. Its has natural ingredients exactly what you need gentle on your stomach, I never felt different, they absorb fast, and great value for the money.

So I’m on my second bottle of these now. I’m really happy with them. I definitely see the effect in my energy levels. My overall wellness and my mood having low vitamin D can really take a lot out of you, so when my doctor told me I needed to start taking a vitamin D supplement, I didn’t really think that it would do much to help me, but I was pleasantly surprised that after two weeks of taking it, I did feel like I had more energy. I was less moody and just overall felt better. I felt like I had a greater sense of wellness. You really want to make sure that the vitamin D you’re taking is paired with the vitamin K because the vitamin K helps with the absorption of the vitamin D, so I will plan on continuing to buy this, and I suggest that you give it a try if you’re looking at it too.

A Great Combination for Your Bones
Vitamin D3 and vitamin K2 are really good supplements to help keep your bones strong and reduce the speed at which they get weaker. I think 5,000 IU is too much for most of us, and I will try to find a 2,000 IU with K2 for the next purchase.

Just what the doctor ordered
