The bag is really small
I gave this 4 stars because the bag was way smaller than I thought I was going to be for this price. That is obviously my fault for not double checking the size of the bag. But I’m still disappointed. It is honestly only enough for one medium size plant.

Just what my plants needed!
I bought this product to make my own potting mix for my aloe vera, snake plant, and swiss cheese monstera. I've only used it for my aloe and snake plant so far, but my aloe has REALLY taken off since I've repotted it. I'm sure that the orchid bark has aided in proper drainage and soil quality for my plants to thrive. Will be buying more!

Appears to be a nice potting bark.

Does not retain moisture.
The bark is absolutely not moisture-retentive. I soaked it in water for 6 days before repotting the orchid. By the second day, the bark started drying out, and by the third day, it was completely dry. Just a waste of money.
