As a 5th grade teacher, I count on my “Bloom Time” to get me through the afternoon! No jitters, great taste, and easy to sip every now and then. I love the carbonation. Maybe I’m kidding myself, but I feel like Bloom is a better option than even coffee.

I recently tried the Bloom Nutrition Sparkling Energy Drink 12-pack, and overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone looking for a sugar-free, natural energy boost. Each 12 oz can packs 180mg of caffeine from green coffee beans and green tea extract—plenty to wake you up without feeling jittery or crashing later. It's also loaded with prebiotics, antioxidants, B-vitamins, and L-theanine for added wellness benefits, though the label doesn't clearly state how much of each ingredient is included. Taste-wise, it's a mixed bag. The carbonation gives it a refreshing soda-like feel, which I love. The Cherry Lime flavor is by far the best—crisp and slightly tart, with the artificial sweetener (sucralose) being barely noticeable. Other flavors like Peach Mango and Strawberry Watermelon are okay, but the sweetener aftertaste is more obvious and lingers a bit, which might not be for everyone. One thing to note is that although it's marketed as a "clean" drink, the use of sucralose instead of a more natural sweetener like stevia or monk fruit may be a drawback for some health-conscious buyers. That said, it’s still a far better option than sugar-loaded energy drinks and definitely fits into a low-calorie, low-carb lifestyle. The energy boost feels smooth and consistent—I didn’t feel wired, just alert and productive. It's great before a workout or as an afternoon pick-me-up.
