8 Pcs Aquatic Plant Baskets for Hydroponics Water Plant Pots

I bought these after learning you can use them to help train roots for bonsai trees. I’m new to the art form and thought I’d give it a shot. The basket has been working well. I’ve used it on a couple different trees and have no complaints. I was worried they might not be very sturdy, but I’ve had no issues with them falling apart or falling over. They’re outside sitting in the hot summer sun all day and I haven’t seen any deterioration like you do with other plastics. Got the batch of 10 and will order again when I use them up. Solid size for what I need them for.

Product performs exactly as expected. I use for young bonsai and they are great. Would purchase again.

Great planter for a pond.

If you use these baskets for pond plants, make sure the soil in these baskets is kept inside the baskets. Use landscape fabric all around the siol and weight down top fabtic with heavier (medium sized) rocks.

Excellent material

Bought these to grow my Bonsai trees in. These baskets have been great. They have been holding up very well outdoors in the elements. No cracking or even any sun fade. I will be buying another round for my next set of trees next growing season. I will say this, bonsai soil over time compacts and some water does get trapped in the baskets. Drill holes on the sides and tip after watering and all excess water drips out.

They have an extremely poor mold quality, sides are wavy and uneven, bottoms are wavy and uneven, many holes are partially filled with plastic.

Great to get your bonsai roots contained and stable before transplanting to a pot.
