This is my go-to fish sauce. My favorite thing is the spout. The spout is absolutely perfect for getting exactly the right amount of sauce you want without too much sauce getting into your food. I honestly wish they would use this same spout for all the rice vinegar and sesame oils out on the market.

This fish sauce is the one most commonly found in grocery stores and is the only one most people have tasted. That's why it has high reviews. They don't know any better. It's mediocre at best but at a good price.Fish sauce should only have two ingredients: anchovies and salt. Anything else and you have a cheaper, lesser fish sauce. You'll notice the ingredients of this one includes water and sugar. The use anchovy extract and add water to it to make the sauce. It has a weak fish taste that is sweet.Get yourself some Red Boat if you want real fish sauce.

I did not expect it to be a good comparison to other brands it does cost more than I'm used to but I'm no longer in LA.
