Helps prevent sore thumbs
Exactly what I needed to help reduce sore thumbs when lifting weights. Easy to tear off the amount needed and comfortable to wear, definitely helps with gripping the bar. The only downside is towards the end of the roll it becomes quite sticky on both sides, doesn’t detract too much from the use though.

Normally buy rxpersuit tape, bought this to see if it was as good. First time use in 10 sets of 70kg snatch every 10 sec, was down all the way and didn’t stick anymore. Tape moves around a lot…Applied on chalk and swet free thumbs/hands so quality is just bad.
