Measurements
I couldn't find any measurements with this, and Google wasn't much help either. I just kinda guessed, and hoped it worked. My cheese came out great. I'm guessing g it did what it needed to do. I will get liquid next time, and hand onto the crystals for science experiments 🥰🥰💗

For kid's science project
It's always difficult to find chemicals when you need them for science projects. This product was in the right amount, I needed a 3:1 ratio, and for a fair price. I needed food-grade calcium chloride in case someone decides to taste their creation. We were making green snot! Here's the book we've been using.
