Very utility bag.... Not that just a laptop bag as the product call out.... It's a travel backpack with a laptop compartment... Accessibility is very much useful though it may vary from individuals.... Liked the product.... Pricey....

Quite satisfied with the quality of the material and comfort of the backpack. The bag is fully complaint with Indigo and AirIndia carry on luggage requirements, so that is not going to be an issue. The weight of the bag is around 1.4kgs, so theoretically we have around 5.5 to 6 kgs to play with for carry on luggage. I would recommend packing cubes for this bag as the main compartment has no organisers. I would have loved it more if it had hidden pocket for my wallet, slightly longer side pocket for water bottle, load lifters, and slightly better quality of inner linings ( viz., Mokobara bags have better inner linings than this bag). But nevertheless, I have no major issues with this bag, that would change my buying decisions.

I have mixed feelings about this bag. Bag is made with extremely high quality. Although the country of origin is China, but there is not cost cutting about the bag. I dont know how else to put this point across. The bag itself is very capable for “one bagging” and i have done around 10 such trips. My only dislike is when i need to carry my macbook with it. Then it feels little uncomfortable. As long as i travel with a pair of travel cloths and action camera and laptop, the bag is fine. Anything more will feel like i am trying to do too much with it. Also this bag is not really an everyday backpack. You can definitely use it as one. But in my opinion the emptyness of every day carry makes it look weird. I dont know how to explain this either. Here are 4 questions that i will answer if someone asked me about this bag: - Q: is this a good bag? Ans: Yes - Q: Is this a good “one bag”? Ans: Yes. - Q: would i recommend buying it? Ans: Yes - Q: is this my “all purpose” bag? Ans: No. I have moved on to Forclaz 500 40L. I find it more usable in a weird way.

well-built bag for the price. The shoulder pads feel premium and comfortable even during long use. It uses YKK zippers, which slide smoothly and add to the durability. Good for daily carry with enough space for essentials. Simple, practical, and great value.

Great materials. Superb bag for a 3 day travel

Large storage compartments for even 4-5 days of travel. My only issue is that unless it is fully filled up it doesn’t hold its shape well. The zips for the laptop compartment open a bit too easily and there is always a fear that my devices can fall to the ground. Good comfort on the straps and beautiful looks wise.

Used it for a couple trips now. It's a very good travel backpack, but not for everyone. I bought it as I found a 28L backpack was a bit small for my work trips, where I couldn't fit business shoes and clothes, while wearing casual shoes. 28L was also a bit small for personal trips where I sometimes wanted to buy something or bring something extra. As other reviews mentioned, I don't think it easily packs a full 38L, I'd say it's more of a 34L. A 34L back packed fairly tight will be heavy for a lot of people, like my wife. At that size she would prefer a carry-on roller suitcase and a small personal item backpack. So she doesn't like it. For me on the other hand, I don't like roller suitcases as I often find myself wanting to walk around before my hotel check-in time, after check-out time, or on stop-overs, or switching hotels etc. In these cases, two free hands feels much better. The pockets are quite limited; useful for small items only. But for my phone, a battery bank, and a few items they worked out. The large compartment is not great for loose clothes. I use compression bags etc so it's not a problem. The laptop and tablet sleeves are good. The material is good and the water bottle pocket is decent. Overall, it works well for me and I'm glad I bought it. I doubt a bag twice the price would make me happier. I intend to use it many more times.

Top exactement ce que je recherchais, qualité vraiment bonne, le sac correspond à mes attentes, je voyage beaucoup et je verrais à l’usage si il tient bien dans le temps. J’ai regardé beaucoup de vidéos avant de choisir celui là, à la base je voulais le rework backpack 30L car j’adore leur produit mais pour le coup le budget était plus serré cette fois-ci d’où le choix du Tomtoc ! Bravo pour le travail.
