Value for your money! I have purchased this twice and i have seen a big difference with my skin and hair!! I get so many compliments on my skin! I am 27 and almost everyone (females) always guess i am 23 . My hair was dead for a long time! It wouldn’t grow! And my hair will split! But taking this supplement does help me. I usually give myself break for about a week or two weeks from taking and then I start back up because I don’t wanna overload myself either, but I can tell when I need to start taking them again definitely repurchase given the fact that this is my second bottle.

I began taking one of these daily and observed an improvement in my skin after about a month. Now, a year later, my hair has grown significantly longer at a faster rate than before. I am quite impressed by its length. Although my hair is very thin, it did not become thicker; it simply grew quickly. I did not experience any adverse effects from the supplement, and my weight remained stable. This is the only collagen supplement I have ever used. The pills are somewhat larger than most, but I have never had any difficulty swallowing them, as they go down easily.

Hey guys I’ve tried a lot of collagens, this one’s amazing. I take it morning and night because I’m doing acute correction on some acne as well as wrinkles before my wedding. A lot of my inflammation is entirely gone. I’ve had other brands but this one is great. It is 6 pills but that’s common for collagen and it does really work. 10/10. I also take this with collagen powder. My entire face went from dead and textured to baby soft in a week. I’ve always loved how collagen works so well. I think women need to be on this because we’re more susceptible to inflammation.

After taking for a month I have noticed a difference that my nails are getting stronger, my hair is thickening, and improvement in my skin. All things that happen after age 65. I My only issue with taking collagen is to get the full strength you have to take 6 caplets daily. Would be nice to only take 1 or 2 for 1000 mg.
