I take these to enhance my ll natural caffeine supplements. And they work wonderfully! They boost my energy level and most importantly don't constipate me. They are a bigger capsule so I don't recommend for those who have trouble swallowing. I never burp up any after taste and the price is the best I've found. I highly recommend

I have an autistic son with sensory issues and he only eats a small variety of foods which aren't so nutritional. I buy these and ope the capsules and sprinkle on his foods so he's getting some kind of nutrition! This method has been working great! The smell of this beef liver is gross but he definitely doesn't notice it when eating his food!

I've been taking beef liver capsules for well over a year now. I started taking these particular ones after I moved to the States and they're on par with the ones I was taking back home in NZ. I love that they source some of their beef from NZ, that's definitely a plus for me. Now, why do I take these and why do I struggle without them... First of all, I don't know exactly what's up with my body lately but after having my second child and going through some lifestyle changes, my energy levels have significantly plummeted and I started experiencing mood swings like never before, especially during that time of the month. I knew I needed some kind of supplement to support my energy levels because I just couldn't handle it anymore not being able to keep up with my baby and getting grumpy and snappy every other day due to that tiredness and my hormones being out of whack. I'm not a doctor or expert in any health field but after taking beef liver capsules my energy levels felt manageable for once and I wasn't having extreme mood swings anymore. Now don't get me wrong, this isn't a miracle supplement. I still get tired sometimes, I still deal with hormones BUT it's more manageable now. I notice the difference on days I forget to, or think I can go without these. If you have low energy like me and a good diet isn't cutting it, you need these. You take 6 capsules a day and that seems like a lot for some people. Yes the capsules are on the larger side too but I take them and I've forced myself to take them almost every morning because I know that these help me feel normal and the healthiest that I can possibly feel. If they don't work for you then I'm sorry, keep searching but I can testify that these capsules work well for me - a 31 year old mother of 2 (and a 3rd on the way).

These are my go to for every day energy and iron supplements for a third of the cost for more brands out there. Love them!

After sending a bottle of liver powder to relatives struggling with their health, and after hearing they didn't start taking pills. I encouraged them that's its was food we already digested and they agreed they always liked eating liver but rarely prepared the meat. They each using product routinely now and say its is very gently encouraging their strength, albeit they only take one, us 100% better than none..
