Not bad for the price 🚁
Decent quality headset for the price, I use this for when I take passengers with me. Pretty basic no Bluetooth or ANR but works great. The flexible mic boom was one of the major reasons for me purchasing this. In the R22 (Helicopter) you can hear great even with doors off and mic does a decent job of blocking the background noise. For myself as a pilot I use the Lightspeed Zulu 3 with ANR but for passengers this works just fine and was a comfortable fit for them to wear.

A good, inexpensive helicopter headset, just the right amount of head clamp pressure.
I fly fixed wing, so I have a lot of twin plug GA headsets, but I didn't have any U-174 or U-93A headsets and needed to test some communication devices when these showed up on Vine. An adapter could have worked, but often times military and commercial helicopter headsets have different impedances on the speakers/mic that I needed to verify against. I have a number of cheap and quite a few old GA twin plug headsets that are uncomfortable. Overall these are actually pretty comfortable and the price point is great! The side pressure on your ears is enough for passive noise reduction, but they didn't try to make it so much that it hurts your head. I've been able to sit with them at my desk/test-bench for a few hours with them on and didn't feel like my head was in a vice like some of the 1980s-90s headsets I have. If you need some inexpensive headsets for the occasional back seat passenger in your helicopter - these won't break the bank and would be good.

Excellent
This is a fine quality aviation headset. It’s not quite on par with the expensive namebrand like David Clark but it’s close at a fraction of the price. Well built and comfortable with decent sound isolation and clear reception and transmission. This is a wired unit that is intended to be plugged into an intercom or the control panel of your aircraft. The main difference between this and the airplane headset is that this uses the helicopter connector, which is a single plug versus the twin plugs of a fixed wing intercom. But they do make adapters and the actual physical headset is suitable for any kind of flying craft fixed or rotary wing. I’m impressed with the quality of this unit versus the price and happily recommended.Note this uses a U-174 connector as opposed to the U-93A also used in rotary wing aircraft, so you may need an adapter in that case also
