Soft feathers and actually nicely made
It is comfortable and easy to put on . Feathers are soft and nicely made. If you are bigger chested it will not cover completely like on the model in the picture but you can still adjust the front since it slides on the elastic part that goes around you. Just have to style it differently. You may or may not like how it sits on you since it either goes along the outside of your breast area or just sits on top.

Fun, good quality piece
Very glad to add this to my costume closet. It ships folded up, so it might need some flattening out before wearing, but it’s a very fun piece and a decent quality. Comfortable to wear.
